Discover Your Artistic Potential
Ready to start your creative journey? This 10-week Beginner’s Art Course is designed for those with little to no art experience. Learn foundational techniques while exploring a variety of mediums in a supportive, inspiring environment.

What You’ll Learn:
Drawing & Observation Skills
Build confidence in capturing shapes, proportions, detail, texture and tone.
Colour Theory & Mixing
Understand the basics of colour relationships to bring vibrancy to your artwork. Get to know about blending and colour application.
Painting Techniques
Explore different media including watercolours, acrylics, pastels, and coloured inks and lots more.
Exciting Projects Include:
Tropical Fish Study
Use chalk pastels and pencils to create detailed, vibrant underwater scenes, focusing on colour and light.
Stylised Portrait
Experiment with Brusho inks, lines, and wash to develop expressive, feature-focused portraits.
Summer Town Scene
Capture the charm of a sunny townscape using watercolours with line and wash techniques.
Still Life: Summer Strawberries
Master layering and texture with acrylic paints, focusing on light and form.
Beach Scene
Blend watercolours and gouache to build a dynamic landscape filled with layered colour and atmosphere.
Half term break (no class) - 12th June
